Completely Well

I wanted to listen to this album to get a better idea of blues music. I enjoyed the album as a whole but wasn't blown away by it. The exception being 'The Thrill Is Gone', this is an incredible song and one I will definitely continue to appreciate.

Fun to dive into blues for the first time but the album was nothing to write home about. The music felt very repetitive and like background music. The Thrill is Gone is the only reason it is rated higher than I would have otherwise.

Sadly it missed my mark. A cool guy, a cool vibe, but I found it a bit too repetitive and bad lyrics. I’m sure I’m just culturally void, apologies.

A legend and some of the guitar riffs showed why, enjoyed when they just jammed but the lyrics were a lil dull and hos voice was good on some songs and strained in others. Leave that woman alone!
